2.3 Credential Safeguarding: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords, PINs, and account access credentials. You are fully accountable for all orders and transactions made under your account.
2.4 Fair Usage: Creating duplicate accounts, using automated purchasing bots, spoofed details, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden and subject to account suspension.

3.1 Direct Product Purchases: Users can buy digital products, promotional packages, and service plans listed on LightSell. All orders are processed on-demand through authorized payment channels and designated virtual accounts for the exact price of the product.
3.2 Discretionary Benefits & Policy Notice: Buying some products can come with some benefits, bonus privileges, promotional allowances, or rewards. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all such benefits are offered strictly at the platform's sole discretion and can be stopped, modified, or revoked at any day and time without prior notice.
3.3 Digital Fulfillment & Non-Refundable Sales: Because products and digital packages are delivered or provisioned digitally upon purchase confirmation, all product purchases are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

4.1 Customer Rewards & Referral Commissions: Buying products or sharing product referral links with other buyers may entitle you to promotional commissions, discounts, or cash rewards as defined by current promotional campaigns.
4.2 No Guaranteed Income: Buying products is not an investment, income scheme, or profit-sharing instrument. LightSell makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of recurring income, fixed dividends, or guaranteed daily yields from buying products.

5.1 Eligible Wallet Balances: Withdrawable funds in your LightSell wallet may be generated from selling products, earned cashbacks on eligible product purchases, and approved referral commissions. Funds are credited to your available balance upon successful order completion and fraud-prevention clearance.
5.2 Payout Requests: Accumulated earnings from selling products, earned cashbacks, and referral commissions may be withdrawn to a linked bank account matching the user's verified real name, subject to platform minimum withdrawal limits.
5.3 Settlement Cycles: Withdrawal processing is subject to routine financial verification and standard banking network clearing cycles. LightSell is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking networks, maintenance downtime, or incorrect bank account details provided by the user.
5.4 Network & Processing Fees: Banking partners or payment processors may apply standard network transaction fees on payout disbursements as displayed during the withdrawal request.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
